Subject: XML::TreeBuilder version is out of date
XML::TreeBuilder did not have it's version bumped, so http://www.cpan.org/modules/02packages.details.txt contains a reference to the old version. This stops cpan from pointing to the latest version unless someone is using XML::Element instead of XML::TreeBuilder.
