it isn't listed in meta.yml, yet checked by makefile.pl $ /usr/bin/perl Makefile.PL INSTALLDIRS=vendor ExtUtils::Depends 0.301 is required to configure this module, please install it manually or upgrade your CPAN/CPANPLUS shell

+1, Given Makefile.PL won't even run (and it exits 0) if this module isn't available, it REALLY needs to be in meta.yaml.
