I have seen tests failling due to missing Data::Serializer. I think it
should then be declared as a dependency. Or alternatively the tests
should be made more tolerant to skip if D:S isn't available.
There seem to be other factors playing, maybe the use of -Duselongdouble
leads to failing tests too. It's easier to say for sure if the
dependency stuff is corrected.
