Bug #65954 for SmokeRunner-Multi: SmokeRunner::Multi 0.16 doesn't install with existing configuration

In SmokeRunner::Multi 0.16, the Config.t tests are failing during installation because they assume there is no existing SmokeRunner::Multi config. (Attached installation log.) Moving my ~/.smokerunner directory to a temporary location allowed installation to proceed normally.

Any interest in taking over maintenance of this module.
