Subject: you should not override INSTALLBINDIR
Please do not override INSTALLBINDIR et al in your Makefile.PL. I couldn't figure out why my psync command had gone away. The user that owns my Perl installation doesn't have write access to /usr/local/bin, and so it broke. Feh.
