Subject: Counter UNAUTHORIZED
The CPAN indexer has an issue with "package Counter;" UNAUTHORIZED. You should put it under a name space or if it truly is a "test" package you can keep CPAN from indexing it by writing it as "package\nCounter;"

This appears to have been fixed in the latest version.
