| Subject: | configure-required dependecies not installed in clean install |
Upon installing Module::Build on a system that did not have it
previously, it failed to install other modules, claiming that
Perl::OSType is not installed.
Installing the module manually solved the problem.
I suspect that the Module::Build installation did not install the needed
dependencies, while it passed the tests because it have this module in
the inc/ directory.
