Subject: configure-required dependecies not installed in clean install
Upon installing Module::Build on a system that did not have it previously, it failed to install other modules, claiming that Perl::OSType is not installed. Installing the module manually solved the problem. I suspect that the Module::Build installation did not install the needed dependencies, while it passed the tests because it have this module in the inc/ directory. Thanks, Shmuel.

What version of Perl, what client did you use to install Module::Build? Can you also please include your 'perl -V' output? Thank you
I believe that it was done using ppm. (the client have linux and windows machines, so he does not really sure) On ActiveState 5.10. the perl-V is bellow. I installed it myself on ActivePerl 5.12 using CPAN.pm. in the installation process it asked me if I want to install the modules that were built for the installation process, and one of them was Perl::OSType. if I would have answered 'no', the module would not have worked afterwards.
