One of my smokers tries to run perl Build.PL and gets as answer:
Module::Install no longer supports Build.PL.
It was impossible to maintain duel backends, and has been deprecated.
Please remove all Build.PL files and only use the Makefile.PL installer.
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at Makefile.PL line 1.
Compilation failed in require at Build.PL line 1.
Looking into your inc/ directory I find Module::Install 0.68. This looks
like it's time to upgrade, Module::Install may have evolved a bit.
