Subject: Remove the old SourceForge project
I noticed that Module::Build still has a project on SourceForge. https://sourceforge.net/projects/module-build/ It has some very old code on it and should probably be deleted. Instructions here: https://sourceforge.net/apps/trac/sourceforge/wiki/Removing%20a%20project
