Subject: Authordeps needs to report PluginBundles loaded by Filter
"dzil authordeps" will not find PluginBundles loaded by @Filter, it will only list @Filter itself. Ideally, it would interrogate @Filter for the PluginBundle it loads and include that as well. -- David

Right now, authordeps just scans the dist.ini very dumbly, the Filter is never loaded. Still, it could notice a @Filter section and interpret bundle properly, for sure. -- rjbs
