This is the same issue as https://rt.cpan.org/Ticket/Display.html?id=60085
Simple replace all symbols in SQLAnywhere.xs and dbdimp.c that the
compiler chokes about.
sv_no => PL_sv_no
dirty => PL_dirty
you get the idea.
