It would be very useful to have an option to ignore empty lines, instead
of getting huge warnings.
I do want to have warnings turned on, to catche unexpected bad data.
But I often get CSV files which end with several empty lines. So I would
like an option to silently skip empty lines if they are not inside a
data row.
And BTW, thanks a lot for this great module, which seems to be the only
one that actually works with real files like the ones from my bank
(which have embedded newlines in data fields, etc.)
