Subject: No licencing information
There isn't any information on the licence for Sub::Uplevel in the distribution. I'm getting nagged from people building distributions with Test::Exception (which depends on S::U) because of this :-) I'm assuming it's 'same as Perl', and just a note here to confirm this would be great. The nags got to me, too. Same as Perl.
