Currently I add repository URLs to META.yml, but the meta-spec version
is too old for the layout I'm using.
Need to:
- add a test (which will only work at disttest) to test the structure
of META.yml
- fix the structure of META.yml

There was already a test, but it was running on the old in-repo META.yml.
Updated test code, removed META.yml from repo.
