Subject: Small improvement of documentation (ignore_case)

Hi, maybe the following small improvement of documentation would make it clearer, that short options are case-insensitive by default. It says: =item ignore_case (default: enabled) If enabled, case is ignored when matching long option names. If, however, bundling is enabled as well, single character options will be treated case-sensitive. Clearer: =item ignore_case (default: enabled) If enabled, case is ignored when matching option names. If, however, bundling is enabled as well, single character options will be treated case-sensitive. Just 2 cents, Jan
This bit me as well. Given that there are both ignorecase and ignorecase_always options, I expected ignorecase to still allow case-sensitive short options. With bundling off by default, the current behavior is quite confusing. Show quoted text

Thanks, applied.
