This looks like Tk and Tcl were out of sync: Tcl.pm is probably using Tcl 8.5.8, but Tcl found Tk 8.5.7 and not 8.5.8.

N.B. 10.6 Snow Leopard included Tcl/Tk 8.5.7, so there is another Tcl build or distribution installed somewhere, but the log doesn't indicate exactly what.
