While working with the Perl-Tidy distribution, some automated tools I
was using choked on this distribution's odd license value of '~'. It
seems that this could be caused by the lack of a LICENSE field in the
Perl::Tidy POD. Could you please add that heading and the standard
boilerplate for the GPL (Presume it's the GPL, the actual license
doesn't seem to be specified anywhere), but not the whole license? Thank
you!
