Subject: DateTime::Precise is not a DateTime object so it is in the wrong namespace
All modules in the DateTime namespace are supposed to seamlessly interwork with the DateTime package. However DateTime::Precise is not a DateTime object. DateTime::Precise should be moved to different namespace or updated to inherit DateTime.

Is this a new policy, new relative to when DateTime::Precise was created in 1998? Somebody besides myself will need to take this on, as I don't have the cycles and don't work with Perl anymore.
