As per subject.
On one of my smokers verified. Before T:P:C is installed all tests
passed. After installing T:P:C the t/pod-coverage.t test fails.
The question is what is the intent of the pod-coverage test? If it is to
force everybody to run and depend on it, then Test::Pod::Coverage should
be prerequisite. Otherwise the test should only warn, not fail when it,
err, fails. Or sometimes people choose to set an environment variable
that turns the test from harmless into sharp mode.
