Subject: Add abstraction for Win32::Registry
It would be very useful in the cross-platform domain to abstract configuration & settings further to include using the Windows registry via Win32::Registry.

Sounds like a nice idea. Not sure it's exactly in the scope of this module. I'm open to looking at sample implementations, though. :) -Brian
