Subject: wiggle2gff3 keep too many files open
WHile running wiggle2gff3.pl (perl 5.8.8) on a 532M wig file, I get the following error message. Processing PE_12_ali_V6.cov.wig.../tmp/track_001.contig_111544.1292951364.wib: Too many open files at /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.8/Bio/Graphics/Wiggle.pm line 245, <GEN0> line 4050837.
