Subject: INSTALL.pod is shown with 'man install'
NAME INSTALL - How to install and configure DBD::mysql ... the search scheme depend on this first line. I suggest to change this to DBD::mysql::INSTALL - How to install and configure DBD::mysql This makes it consistent with all other perl packages, which have their man pages accessible by full name.
