Hi,
I use the xls2csv extensively. This helps me automate my daily jobs.
I found that if the first column has a 0, it is assumed to be empty, and the
line is not printed.
It would be great if you can fix this issue. For now, I have commented the
code part which skips the empty line printing.
Also, please provide an option for people to print blank lines too.
