Make POE optional?

Would you be willing to make POE an optional dependency or split the POE components into a separate package that depends on this package?

Jozef, I have split the the distribution into two. You can view them on my Github fork: * https://github.com/dougwilson/net-tacacsplus/tree/dist/net-tacacsplus * https://github.com/dougwilson/net-tacacsplus/tree/dist/poe-component-server-tacacsplus Please consider splitting this distribution. I also removed the dependencies for the scripts that are in examples/, as they are not dependencies needed for installation (users could use lib::xi to install the example dependencies later).
