Subject: isolate ora_explain as separate submodule
Hi, I have an enhancement request. Could you isolate ora_explain as a separate submodule? If you want install DBD-Oracle for runtime purposes only, it is annoying that you must install whole Tk dependency hell. To reproduce my problem: just use cpan2rpm and then install provided rpm. If you split distribution to DBD and Explain it will be less complicated. Thank you!

ora_explain.pl has been moved in the examples, and Tk is no longer part of DBD::Oracle's dependencies.
