Subject: Multitouch with adwords (and auto tagging)
Hello again Jon first, thank you very much for your module, it is a very interesting approach of the webanalytics ! then, i am sorry for my english ;-( I have a question : i am using the multitouch_simple-0.9.1.min.js and in the case of organic trafic, i can't differentiate into the multitouch cookie if the visitor come from SEO or Adwords. For example, if a visitor come from an adwords of google (=cpc) or a SEO result, in the cookie i have in both case "google!organic" --> my adwords and analytics account are linked so i'm not using the utm_source and utm_medium for cpc but the auto tagging "gclid" (http://www.google.com/support/analytics/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=55590) How can i differentiate this kind of 2 trafic in the multitouch cookie ? thank you best regards, Akim
Hello Akim, I have just released version 0.9.2 at http://www.multitouchanalytics.com/download.html which provides support for 'gclid'. Regards, -- Jon Schutz On Sun Dec 12 12:57:52 2010, Akim wrote: Show quoted text
