Hi,
I've just reported a bug to two packages (I was not sure which one is
responsible), and then noticed there was a typo in an important command. So,
I sent a new e-mail to both of them, mentioning both of their tags in the
subject line. Unfortunately, one package got two copies of my e-mail and
another one didn't get any. Here is an example:
To: bug-App-SD@rt.cpan.org, bug-Prophet@rt.cpan.org
Subject: [rt.cpan.org #63850] [rt.cpan.org #63851] Typo: %s/sd
browse\([^r]\)/sd browser\1/g
What happened is now there are two identical replies in App-SD tracker
(issue 63850), and no reply at all in Prophet tracker (issue 63851). What I
expected is one reply here, and another one there. Please, note that I send
only ONE e-mail with the aforementioned subject, and wanted each tracker to
pick it up once after finding their issue number in the subject line.

Prophet issue: https://rt.cpan.org/Public/Bug/Display.html?id=63851
Kind regards,
