It would be handy if Pod::Advent could automatically encode non-HTML
safe characters in =begin pre
<pre> and <code> would potentially be nice too, but those are explicit
HTML, so making the user do the work is okay, but =begin pre is POD
and often used to show large chunks of output or data dumps that don't
necessarily work for =begin code
