Strawberry Perl x64 on Windows 7 x64 (Intel Core 2 Duo) Install through cpan hangs at test t/Server_http.t.........4/5 Tried running cpan in command prompt with "Run as administrator" option - no success.

Thank you for the report. All tests now have a timeout on the connections. Additionally there have been several cleanups that should provide fixes on win32.
