Hi,
Please consider dropping the CD-ROM commercial distribution restriction
from the License.
It doesn't prevent other types of commercial distribution so it seems to
gain nothing. The restriction also makes it impossible for others to
distribute the module under the terms of the GNU GPL.
The restriction also makes it impossible to include the module in Debian
proper (and possibly other distributions).
It seems the text has come from an early copy of DBD-Oracle. Latest
versions of DBD-Oracle have removed it, so it would be very nice if you
would consider doing the same.
