As per subject. Example fail reports are plenty to find via

I just confirmed on one of my smokers that the tests fail without
Date::Calc and pass with it installed. It's especially insidious that
the error messages give the user no clue about the missing package.
So please, if the package is still considered useworthy, fix the
dependency declaration.
