Subject: MINOR - Strawberry reports as '5.12.12'
The Strawberry November 2010 beta MSI for 32bit reports itself as version 5.12.12 in the add/remove programs window. In the Comments it states that it's 5.12.2, which is correct. Screenshot is attached.

This is deliberate, because of a Windows Installer limitation. The number there can only have 3 portions to it, with a maximum of 255.255.32767, and must be different for upgrading to work, so we can't just truncate it, or, say, upgrading from 5.12.2.0 to 5.12.2.1 would not work. So, we make it the third number, left shifted 8 bits, plus the fourth number. 2 << 8 + 0 = the 512 you see.
