Installing failure

I tried to install WWW::Scripter::Plugin::JavaScript using cpan to Microsoft Windows Xp Professional Version 2002 Service Pack 3 machine on that ActivePerl-5.12.2.1202-MSWin32-x86-293621.msi was already installed. Installing was failed on testing S/SP/SPROUT/JE-0.051.tar.gz. The error message is shown in the attached file. I have tried to same one to linux (Vine4.2),ActivePerl-5.12.2. This succeeded.

ActivePerl for Windows does not support NaN and infinity. Please consider switching to Strawberry Perl. Re-implementing NaN and infinity in Perl would be very time-consuming, so I have no intention of doing it. If someone were to write a patch though, I might consider applying it.
