Subject: XML entites in source XML, are incorrectly converted to charaters
XML::RSS::Tools uses the XML::RSS module to "normalise" all RSS versions to one version to make the XSLT easier. At the moment the entity "& a m p ;" will get incorrectly converted into &, which is invalid XML. This is a known bug in XML:RSS, and is therefore a defect in XML::RSS::Tools.
