Subject: PREREQ_FATAL=1 considered harmful
In your Makefile.PL you declare the parameter PREREQ_FATAL true. But to achieve what? Your test coverage on cpantesters is far below what you could get without this option: http://matrix.cpantesters.org/?dist=Tail-Stat If you have any reasons why you need PREREQ_FATAL I'd be eager to hear about them. Otherwise, please remove this option that IMHO should never have been invented. Thanks,
