In the meantime: is the failed test really a cause for concern? Should I drop back to version 0.19 or force install 0.20? Sometimes failed tests mean little of anything - just wondering if this is one of those times.

I just added two new items which Test::Pod::Coverage detected as undocumented function. I just fixed it with 0.21. Version 0.19 is bad because you still need to use a callback hack in the input handler. First in 0.20 this isn't needed anymore.
