The Changes file is not up-to-date with the latest text on CPAN and the
release tags ("0.02", "0.03", etc. - all except 0.01) are missing.
Please fix it.

You've also did not put the version with the changes that I've
contributed using github to the CPAN.
Please do all that, because I'm tired of waiting.
