Subject: Includes requirement on English 1.04
META.yml includes a requirement on English 1.04 which, on Perls before 5.9.3 (when the bundled English was updated to 1.04), causes this warning during Build:
Warning: Prerequisite 'English => 1.04' for 'RPETTETT/Text-Sass-0.6.tar.gz' failed when processing 'JESSE/perl-5.12.2.tar.gz' with 'make => NO isa perl'. Continuing, but chances to succeed are limited.

It does succeed, however.
