Subject: POE and POE::Component::Logger dependencies
Build.PL (and so Makefile.PL and META.yml) lists POE and POE::Component::Logger as dependencies. However I do not see any reference to those modules in the code. Well.. It is more like a bad practice : I initially putted this references to help install all modules needed by the core software (not included in the module). It is clearly a bad trick and I should remove those dependencies.
