Hello sir! Brilliant work on the Yahoo::Marketing::APT modules! A colleague of mine has found a small detail
in the Order Service module that missed a property of the API. I have forwarded this to you with the .pm
module file that contains the small update/change. Please review below for the referenced change.
I am looking forward to these modules officially supporting V7 of the Y! APT API.

Here is the Order.pm file I changed. I added the isBillOnThirdParty property on two lines where the Order fields are enumerated.
