Test t/00.t does not handle case where all device mount points are nested further in the /dev tree.

The device test case does not handle the case that all the mounted devices live deeper in the /dev tree, for example HP-UX has device names of the form /dev/vgroot/lvol# and /dev/vgaltroot/lvol#.
