This module appears to only support NANP numbers and addresses, due to limitations in the
underlying web service. It may even be restricted to only US and Canadian numbers and
addresses. This should be made clear in the documentation, and ideally in the name too.
The web service does some rather amusing things to non-NANP phone numbers. For example,
the perfectly valid UK number 01424 221XXX gets translated to (014) 242-21XX, which is not
only an invalid NANP number (0 is illegal at the first digit) it has also dropped a digit off the end.
And if the number is supplied in full international form as +44 1424 221XXX as recommended
by ITU-T E.164, it gets even more broken - (441) 424-221X. Not very good for a service that's
meant to deal with phone numbers!
I really wouldn't trust the phone number parsing of that service.
