Subject: add "next chapter" links at BOTTOM of each page
It would be "really nice" if there was a "next chapter" link at the bottom of each chapter. Then we could progress through the tutorial without scrolling all the way back to the top of the chapter (or going back to the table of contents) in order to move on. -- - - Martin 'Kingpin' Thurn
