It is just the *test* that is failing, because the test uses STDERR
redirection that - under Test::More - is not supported under Windows.
Unless someone tells me how to make Windows behave, I will release a
version 0.76 that just disables that test on Windows.
I tested the full module under Strawberry too. All "normal"
functionality is in working order.
