Could you please fix the license statement? What's important it's the
license in source code, which is 'same as Perl'. That means it is GPL+
or Artistic. But in your tarball it's also GPL version 2, which should
be removed or changed to proper license statement.
It's low priority bug, but it is problematic for packaging into
distribution.
