XML-NamespaceSupport-1-11/README says:
The model for this module is SAX2's NamespaceSupport class,

but that URL just redirects to
http://www.megginson.com/downloads/SAX/
which does not seem to have any specific information about that class. I guess either the site has gotten reorganized or the whole set of related pages has moved to some other site? Closest I can find (by following link from that page, and then browsing from there...) is
