Subject: Build fails without helpful error
On a system not having the libattr-devel files, the build dies with: "Can't build and link to 'attr'" which isn't of much help. Earlier versions failed with "<attr/xattr.h> not found; perhaps you need to install libattr-devel at Makefile.PL line 24" which pointed the user to install libattr-devel or whatever it is named on her/his system.

The build system was switched to Devel::CheckLib, possibly in version 1.08. This seems to give less helpful errors than the build system in earlier versions of File::ExtAttr.

Ive got the same. What do you suggest to do?
