Generating a large package fails with a permission denied error.

Permission denied at -e line 496, <PAR> chunk 1.
The problem manifested when I added the X11.dll command. Prior to that
pp worked fine and the resulting exe ran perfectly (except it was
missing X11.dll when invoking imagemagick).
