Subject: Please declare your prereqs in the Makefile.PL
As per subject. Putting dependencies in the README is polite but much politer is it to enable the user to do a fully automated install. This requires that the dependencies are declared in a standard way and this is what the PREREQ_PM parameter in the Makefile.PL is for. It would be a huge favor if you could make use of it.
